Terms of service

These terms cover the consulting services JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD provides. We have written them to match what the site actually describes: an independent consultancy that audits processes, compares platforms and builds integrations. There is no software to buy here, no subscription and no online checkout.

1. Who we are

JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD provides software selection, analytics, automation and integration consulting services. Our office is at 82 Tenterden Drive LONDON NW4 1EE United Kingdom and we can be reached on +1 (617) 264-5839 or at iluxetile423@gmail.com. These terms apply to every engagement we start and to any proposal we issue through this website.

2. What we deliver

Services are delivered as professional consulting work: process audits, requirement briefs, comparison matrices, pilot configuration, rollout planning, integration build and support. Our published starting prices are $4,800 for a CRM selection, $7,200 for an ERP selection, $6,400 for an analytics and BI rollout, $3,900 for a process automation blueprint and $5,600 for a system integration. Each engagement is confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work that states the scope, the deliverables and the fee.

Software licences, vendor implementation fees and third-party platform charges are not part of our fee unless a proposal says otherwise. Where a cost applies, it is listed separately and in full, including any surcharge for urgent delivery or work outside standard hours, which we quote before we start.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide the access to people, processes and data we reasonably need for the scope agreed.
  • Tell us about constraints — budget ceilings, contract dates, regulatory requirements — at the start rather than at the end.
  • Give timely feedback on drafts and matrix weights; our timelines assume a response within three working days.
  • Hold any licence, subscription or account you own in your own name, unless a proposal states otherwise.

4. Fees, invoicing and cancellation

Project fees are invoiced as set out in the proposal: 50% on signature and 50% on delivery of the final deliverable, unless the proposal states a different schedule. Retainer and support work is invoiced monthly in advance.

If you cancel an engagement before the first scheduled session or deliverable has been produced, the full fee is returned. Once work has begun, the portion of the fee that has been delivered is invoiced and the remaining balance is returned. The same rule applies to the refund policy, and no additional cancellation charge is levied. Where an engagement is paused at your request, we can hold the remaining scope for up to ninety days without further charge.

5. Intellectual property

You own the deliverables we produce for you: process maps, requirement briefs, comparison matrices, cost models, workflow designs, integration documentation and the source files behind them. We keep ownership of our internal methods, templates and tooling, and you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use our deliverables internally and with your advisers.

We may reference your engagement, in outline, as an example of our work, unless you ask us not to. We will not disclose confidential details or figures without your written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Information you share with us is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services. We share it only with JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD practitioners assigned to your engagement and with the service providers listed in the privacy policy, where they need it to do their part. We will sign a confidentiality agreement before the audit if you prefer one.

7. Third-party platforms

JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD does not sell software licences and receives no reseller commission from the platforms we evaluate. Vendor contracts are between you and the vendor. We are not responsible for a vendor’s product performance, availability, roadmap or commercial terms, and our advice is an evaluation of fit against your stated requirements rather than a prediction of a vendor’s future behaviour.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD’s total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost data, or for decisions you take or fail to take as a result of our advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Term and termination

These terms apply while JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD is providing services to you and afterwards for the obligations that by their nature continue. Either party may terminate a retainer engagement on thirty days’ written notice. Project engagements may be terminated under the cancellation terms in section 4.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts. JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD is registered and based in Massachusetts and provides services to clients across the United States; engaging JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD from another state does not change the governing law set out here.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as our services change. The version that applies to your engagement is the one attached to your proposal or statement of work, and we will point out any material change at the time it is made.
