The five-stage method

How JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD gets you from uncertainty to a signed contract

Five stages, five artefacts, no mystery. The method is deliberately plain: understand the work, write down what is needed, compare like with like, prove it on real work, then keep it alive. Every step produces a document your team keeps.

3–5

working days to a scored shortlist on standard evaluations

19

questions in the standard JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD requirement brief

5

documents you own at the end of the engagement

Annotated process notes and a workflow sketch spread across a desk

We document how work really moves today: where spreadsheets stand in for a system, where quotes wait for approval, and which reports get rebuilt by hand every Monday. The result is a written process map within five working days — free of charge, and yours to keep even if you choose another route.

Deliverable: process map, systems inventory and a written list of the pain points that are worth solving first.

Adviser interviewing an operations manager during a requirements session

We interview the people who will live with the system — a dispatcher, a biller, a regional manager — not just the person signing the contract. JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD turns that into a prioritised brief written in their language, with the trade-offs stated plainly rather than buried.

Deliverable: requirement brief with must-have, useful and optional tiers, plus the budget and constraints we will hold vendors to.

Printed comparison matrix with vendor columns and cost rows on a table

Three to five platforms scored on the same criteria, with pricing you can paste into a spreadsheet. JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD adds a three-year cost model, implementation effort, migration risk, and the specific questions each vendor would not answer in writing.

Deliverable: comparison matrix, three-year cost model and negotiation notes. We walk your team through it live so the weights can be challenged before a decision.

Team workshop testing a newly configured platform together on a screen

One team runs the chosen platform for four weeks on real work. JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD watches where it slows people down and fixes the configuration while changes are still cheap. Nothing is signed off on a demo.

Deliverable: pilot findings, a corrected configuration, and a rollout plan covering sequence, data migration order, training hours and the week-one support rota. The pilot is quoted separately once a platform has been chosen.

Support engineer desk with dual monitors showing an integration monitoring dashboard

Live integrations are monitored daily and a named specialist answers within one business day. Each quarter JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD reviews usage, cost and open tickets with you and recommends the next sensible step — including leaving things alone when nothing needs changing.

Deliverable: quarterly review with a written recommendation, and a handover pack if you decide to bring the work in-house.

Timing

What it looks like on a calendar

A standard CRM evaluation up to the shortlist runs across two weeks of your time, not two weeks of ours. JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD needs three interview sessions in week one and one walkthrough in week two. After that, the matrix is yours to circulate internally. The three stages before the pilot add up to three to five working days of our effort.

An ERP evaluation takes closer to two weeks on our side, because the operation model has to be built before vendors can quote against it. Pilot work then adds four weeks of part-time effort from one team.
