An ERP decision built on a model, not on a slide
Enterprise resource planning is the biggest software purchase most US operators make. It is also the one where the demos look most similar and the totals differ the most. JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD models your operation first, so every quote you receive answers the same question.
The ERP problem in one paragraph
Every ERP vendor quotes the same-sounding modules at very different totals, because each one assumes a different business. One assumes you keep serial numbers, another assumes you do not. One prices implementation by the day, another by the module. JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD removes that ambiguity by writing down how your operation actually works — items, locations, orders, approvals, costing — and requiring every vendor to quote against that document.
What we model
- Master data — what counts as an item, a customer, a location and a price in your business, and how they relate.
- Process scope — order to cash, procure to pay, and production or fulfilment, with the approvals that sit in between.
- Volume — transaction counts, users, sites and the reporting load, because pricing follows all four.
- Exceptions — the returns, credit notes and rush orders that break clean process diagrams.
What the comparison actually contains
The matrix JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD delivers has four parts: a module-by-module scope fit, a three-year cost model with implementation separated from licence, a migration risk assessment based on your real data volumes, and a named list of the specific questions each vendor declined to answer in writing.
Two of our engagements ended with the client choosing to build less than they planned — one plant did not need a second warehouse module, and a plant replaced an ERP project with a smaller platform plus one focused tool once we showed that production planning was the only real gap. JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD will happily save you the larger bill when the smaller system does the job.
Migration and cutover
Most ERP projects do not fail at selection; they fail at the first month of running the new system. That is why our engagement includes a migration plan: which tables move, in what order, who validates each one, and what the business does if the cutover slips by a week. Parallel running periods, where they make sense, are costed up front.
Fixed fee, from $7,200
The modelling, the requirement brief, the scored comparison and the negotiation support for an ERP evaluation start at $7,200 and typically take one to two weeks. Vendor licences, vendor implementation and third-party modules are quoted separately and shown in full, so JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD never benefits from making the platform look cheap.
