Integration is a contract, not a cable
Most integration failures are not technical. They come from two teams assuming the same field means different things: “net price” in one system and “list price” in the other, or a customer that exists twice because each system created its own record. JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD writes the data contract first — which system is authoritative for which field, how often data moves, and what happens when a record is missing on one side.
Three patterns, and when we use them
- API to API — for live, transactional exchanges such as order and inventory status. Cleanest where both systems have reliable APIs and rate limits we can plan around.
- Middleware — when three or more systems are involved, or when transformations are heavy. One place to transform, retry, log and monitor instead of five point-to-point scripts.
- Scheduled file exchange — for reporting, historical loads and systems without usable APIs. Boring, auditable and often exactly what a finance team needs at 2am.

Reconciliation is the part everyone forgets
Before anything goes live, JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD defines a reconciliation rule for every exchanged record: what must match, what tolerance is acceptable, and who gets told when it does not. Without that, a silent data drift can run for months before anyone notices a number in a report looks slightly wrong.
Support after go-live
Live integrations are monitored daily. A named specialist answers within one business day, and we review usage, cost and open incidents with you each quarter. If the integration is no longer earning its keep — a common outcome when the underlying process changes — JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD will tell you that too.
