Our mission
To make the software decision an informed one. Not a compromise, not a rushed choice, and not a decision made by whoever gave the best lunch. JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD exists so that a mid-market US team can make the same quality of software decision a large enterprise makes — with the process written down, the costs compared and the trade-offs stated out loud.
How we stay independent
We take no reseller commissions, we are not a reseller or an accredited implementation partner for the platforms we evaluate, and we do not accept referral fees from vendors. Where a client wants configuration, migration or rollout help afterwards, we deliver it as a separate engagement at a separately quoted fee. Our revenue comes only from clients paying for our work. That single rule shapes everything: it means a shortlist from JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD is genuinely a shortlist, and it means we are willing to tell you that the cheapest option is also the one you should take.
What we believe
- Process first. Software that does not fit the way work actually happens will be abandoned, however good the demo looked.
- Cost is not just the licence. Three-year totals, admin time, migration and exit costs belong in the same table.
- Small is often right. Plenty of teams are better served by one focused platform than by a suite.
- Written down. Every engagement produces documents the client keeps, because decisions get questioned months later.
- Say the uncomfortable thing. If a process is not worth automating, or a project is not worth running, we say so early.
Where we work
JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD serves businesses across the United States. Audits run remotely over video with your team on screen; implementation workshops travel to your site when a room and a whiteboard will do more than a call. Our team works with operators in manufacturing, distribution, professional services, retail, software, logistics, healthcare and food production businesses.
What has changed since 2020
Cloud platforms replaced on-premise suites, prices became more transparent, and buyers got better at asking hard questions — which helped us. What did not change is that most evaluations still compare different things and hope the difference does not matter. JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD has now supported more than 120 platform decisions across the country, and the shortest brief we have written still runs to nineteen questions.
