Who is responsible

What we collect

This website does not run user accounts, does not sell anything online and does not process payments. The personal data we receive is limited to what you type into our consultation forms:

• Your name, as entered in the form.
• Your company name.
• Your email address.
• Your phone number.
• Your choice of system area, indicative budget and the description of your situation.

If you email us or call us, we also hold the content of that conversation, including anything you choose to tell us about your systems and processes. We use that information only to answer your enquiry and, where an engagement begins, to deliver the agreed services.

Why we use it

• To respond to your request and arrange a consultation.
• To prepare a proposal, process map or comparison matrix where you go on to commission an engagement.
• To keep a record of the advice given to you, so that a colleague can pick up the work if we are covering for one another.
• To meet our accounting, tax and legal record-keeping obligations.

We do not use your details to send marketing emails, and we do not sell or rent contact lists to anybody.

Who helps us handle it

Some of the tools that run this website process data on our behalf, and they can therefore see the information you submit:

• The hosting provider that serves the website and stores the site files.
• The content delivery network that caches pages and static assets for faster loading.
• The email delivery provider that carries our replies and internal notifications.
• The video conferencing service used for discovery calls and workshops, when we hold one.
• Our customer relationship and document tools, where a project file is created.
• The font and stylesheet CDNs that serve the design assets you are reading this page with.

Each of these providers acts under its own data processing terms. Where a sub-processor changes, JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD updates this list rather than leaving a stale version in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to a client engagement are retained for the period required by our professional and accounting obligations, and are then archived or destroyed. Personal data belonging to people who took part in your workshops is handled under the same terms as the client relationship itself.

Your choices

You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Write to iluxetile423@gmail.com and we will deal with the request within thirty days.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It does use your browser’s local storage to remember whether you accepted or declined the consent banner, so the banner does not reappear on every page. The cookie policy explains this in full.

Security

Data submitted through the forms is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to client files is limited to the JIGSAW GLOBAL LTD practitioners working on that engagement, and stored on managed devices protected by account authentication. No system is perfect, and if a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify you and the relevant regulator without undue delay.

Children

This website is a business service intended for organisations. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
